New wax figures of Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran were unveiled at the Panoptikum Museum in Hamburg on August 13. And well, fans are not impressed. Berlin artist Lisa Buscher crafted the figurine for seven months.
Taylor's figurine is dressed in a blue sequinned one-piece, similar to an outfit the singer wore during the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards. On the other hand, Ed Sheeran's figurine is dressed in a black T-shirt and he's holding a guitar.

Swift's fans were unimpressed. One of her fans wrote, "That's not..." Another one commented, "Who is that?" "this is not Taylor Swift," wrote a fan. Another one shared disappointment saying, "You don't look like Taylor Swift in this light." "When has she ever done the heart hand like that," wrote a fan.

Ed Sheeran's fans, too, shared their disappointment. One of his fans wrote, "They look so off im crying." Another fan commented, "these are pretty scary ngl." "That's not Ed Sheeran, it's Bread Sheeran," wrote a X user.

Talking about Swift's wax figure, Dr. Susanne Faerber, the managing director of the Panoptikum Museum said, "With the wax figure of Taylor Swift, we are welcoming an absolute superstar to the Panoptikum. August 13 is therefore a truly lucky day for our wax museum - although the number 13 is also of great importance to Taylor Swift herself and her countless Swifties."
When it comes to Ed Sheeran's wax figure, it was important for the museum as it was the first one done for them by sculptor Lisa Buscher. Taylor and Ed are yet to react to the wax figures.
For the uninitiated, Swift is currently busy with 'The Eras Tour'. The tour began in March 2023 and will come to an end in December 2024. On the other hand, Ed is also busy with his +_=÷x tour.
